This page is maintained by the RadioThat team to explain what cookies and similar browser storage RadioThat uses, and why. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.

Strictly necessary

RadioThat uses first-party cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Without these cookies you cannot sign in, build stations, vote, or subscribe. They cannot be turned off from inside the app.

Preferences

We keep your playback preferences (volume, last-played station, reduced-motion choice) in browser storage on your device so they follow you between visits. We do not read this data from our servers, and clearing your browser storage resets it immediately.

Analytics

We record aggregate listening and voting activity on our own servers to run ranking and retirement. Where we use third-party analytics or error reporting, it is limited to non-identifying, product-health data.

Payments

When you open the Premium checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies to complete the payment and protect against fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's policies.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies from your browser at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out. To manage your account or delete your data, write to privacy@radiothat.com.
